We are offering you help in achieving this dream. Whether you wish to make minimal changes or to approach the question bravely and in big scale - you are welcome to address us. Advice when choosing style and color, developing desing-project, laying-out a premise, arranging furniture, selecting materials, furniture and accessories, drawing up the estimate. Any questiong from "where it is best to hang the painting" and up to architectural supervision of realization of the project. Everything depends only on your desires and opportunities.
 When splitting work into stages:
1. General consultation with departure to the site - 20-50 LS, depenging on size of the site; 2. Development of color scale of one premise - 20-50 Ls; 3. Development of style with zoning of one premise - 30-100 Ls; 4. Development of window decoration with choosing material and drawing up an estimate - 10% of the estimate; 5. Choosing finishing materials with drawing up an estimate - 10% of the estimate; 6. Choosing furniture and accessories with drawing up an estimate - 10% of the estimate.
Cost of designer services. Work at the projects includes: 1. Zoning of space and choosing interior design style direction; 2. Selection of the materials, their colors and texture; 3. Selection of furniture and accessories; 4. Development of color scale; 5. Scheme of artificial illumination; 6. Development of window decoration; 7. Estimate of finishing materials; 8. Estimate of furniture and accessories; 9. Estimate of window decoration; 10. Construction of the computer image of the object in three-dimensional space. The working costs make up from 7 up to 20 lats per square meter, depending on complexity and amount of work. |
